is 3W Clinic actually a legit brand?

I've been curious about this since last year. 3W clinic is very well known with their amazing sunblock cream with very affordable price. I used that sunblock cream and i've used up almost 4 tubes? It's how good it is. But after my 4th tube, I decided to find out more information about the brand, the company that owns it, etc for my youtube contents purposes. But, it was slightly strange as the website for www.3wclinic.com isnt really a convincing website for me.(gives off the wordpress like site?) The "contact us" only has 1 gmail address which is www.3wclinic@gmail.com and the address was written as Huntington Beach CA USA? And also, note that you can't find any details about any products they have on their site. I did google some info and it is said that 3w Clinic is owned by a Korean Cosmetic company called XAI Korea founded in 2008. I went to XAI Korea IG but the last update was in 2018. I'm clueless here and if any of you might know the answer to my question, please let me know ๐Ÿ™ also i'd like to apologise beforehand if any of the info i found here is incorrect. thank you

https://www.fda.gov.ph/fda-advisory-no-2020-1176-public-health-warning-against-the-purchase-and-use-of-the-non-compliant-cosmetic-product-3w-clinic-intensive-uv-sunblock-cream/ sorry for the late, I've been searching for this info since it already years back and I didn't find in, but luckily I try searching it on google. after think about the "brand" and "it too good to be true" issue it seems the SPF is quite questionable either legit or not

This is also the reason why I've been staying away from this brand even though their sunscreen has been raved a lot here before. The sunscreen is just too good to be true and its cheap pricing just makes me wary on whether its SPF claims are real.

exactly! I wanted to try new sunscreen and I stumbled across this sunscreen. it was cheap and everyone was using it. but after that Incident with that brand with less sunscreen protection than claimed (what was the name of the brand? I forgot), I was vigilant and searched for its legitimacy. lo behold, literally nothing. so, dropped the idea and I just asked people I know not to buy that sunscreen anymore.
