Calling out malaysian <3 DOM moisturizer review

Hi, I'm interested in buying the DOM moisturizer (trial 50ml) , i've heard many good reviews. But i wanna ask why some people pilled while using the moisturizer, and why some complained tht it make their skin sting? I hve a sensitized oily acne prone skin tho. I've looked onto Zarzou and Kayman moisturizer but the price are quite pricy for me, as i'm a student. How's ur thoughts on using it? Thank you :)
