Fungal Acne safe Routine

I have try so much product either in my country(malaysia) or overseas (korean/ Japan mostly). However nothing work on my skin. It turn out i have fungal acne. No wonder no matter how much i use acne gel/ acne specific skincare products, nothing works. (Meaning this is not the usual acne, something wrong with my skin) The condition of my skin : combination -more to dry. Fungal acne + weak skin barrier (the reason is because i never use sunscreen until i was 22 . All sunscreen make my skin super itchy and break out) My skin become red, super sensitive (like allergy) . And it have very much bumpy texture (tiny red bump all over my cheeck) it not the usual acne but more like allergy reaction and fungal acne is very much itchy!. Until one day i read about fungal acne. You can Google it to know if you have one I have this lots of tiny bump on my forehead. Super itchy and it not acnes. Also my cheeck full of red bumpy that is not acne(also super itchy and dry). Because of my fungal acne, i never wore Mosturiser/sunscreen until i was 21 . And my skin is soo bad at that time. All the items i buy i cannot use because it will trigger my fungal acne . I just use aloe vera that i planted in my house. The only saviour at that time.relieve a bit of my dehydrated skin. After lots of try & error and research. This is the best skincare i use right now : All fungal acne safe+ no alcohol+ no fragrance +no silicone(to avoid clogged pore) +no fermented ingredients (turn out i allergic to this ingredients too 😅) 🌼Cleanser : simple refreshing gel 🌻Toner : pyunkang yul essence toner (5 ingredients only, i like how minimal it is-suitable for all skin) 🌹 Double cleansing: garnier micellar water pink bottle (always use double cleansing before your night routine) 🌸Mosturiser 1 : daughter of malaya ceramide night mosturiser (this is the holy grail -and this IS THE MOST CHEAP FUNGAL ACNE SAFE PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN CERAMIDE) . ceramide is very good to repair skin barrier. (7 days a week and only use 2-3 times at night because i find the texture is a bit thick and the next morning i will have some of clogges pore but the ceramide ingredients is just soo amazing!) First time use, yes my face felt a bit burning but not red glowed up skin. A bit itchy . I just ignore it. It the sign that my skin barrier is so broken up to pieces! After like 1 weeks, less acne and it not burning at all. 🌸Mosturiser 2 : sebamed clear care gel (to avoid clogged pore) The first time until now ,the only suitable mosturiser and i found it from reddit discussion of fungal acne. Reddit have lots of fungal acne discussion.i searched the fungal acne concern all from there. 🌷Sunscreen : sun aqua uv brightening spf 50++ (have silicone ingredients- suitable for dehydrated skin like me. Not suitable for oily skin). Always make sure to double cleansing before night routine since silicone can cause clogged pore 💮Ampoule : skin1004 centella ampoule (super hydrating) 💮Serum : tiam b3 (will try later for acne scar) ❤️ Exfoliating : toner aha bha somebymi. once a week. i will use this toner BEFORE CLEANSER. After done cleansing, i will use hydrating toner. I dont want the aha bha stay on my face for a long time(i have combination dry skin,it will make my skin more dehydrated if i use it as toner. but also i did not find fungal acne safe exfoliating 🥲 so this just do the job to remove dead skin. So far, although my skin just slowly healed and it not the flawless type i want the most. At least it have huge improvement and better now. Right now, all the bumpy ,tiny stuff gone and only left LOTS OF ACNE SCAR. which i will start use tiam b3 serum now(faded acne scar). Long journey and lots of money💸💸. 💜💜 Reminder : ALWAYS and ALWAYS look up to the ingredients before you buy. No matter how viral it is! Don't use fungal acne products or...All the hardwork will be gone 😌. 💜💜 Also please know your skin first. And focus on hydrating your skin and repair skin barrier. I stop using niacinamide serum and aha/bha(exfoliating) about 1 months. To repairs my skin barrier and focus on hydrating. If you felt you face dry, topup more toner. If you felt your face is hot/burning. Make sure use enough sunscreen. Learn to listen to your skin needs. Before is my skin on January/2022. After is april/2022. Use ceramide mosturiser is on march/2022 . It take long time for me to heal . Hopefully i can get healthy ,flawless skin one day 🥰🥰
