HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ATOPALM YET

Hello everyone! Is it just me or are you experiencing the same problem? I think it has been 2 months since I received an email that I got chosen for the ATOPALM review yet up until now I haven't received it. I already emailed picky and they responded saying that there has been a problem with the delivery. They gave me another deadline but it was already due (April 14). I emailed them again and still hoping for a reply. I've been experiencing the same problem with other products and brands as well. I posted this because I just want to know if you are also experiencing the same. I'm from Philippines by the way.

Have you checked the tracking number ? Since there's possibility that the parcel got detained unless you're paying the tax. I have seen my few PH friend needing to pay small tax before receiving their parcels

there's no tracking number since Picky only sends email letting you know that you won but there's no package details. It's my 2nd time winning but I did not pay for anything on my 1st one and it was delivered on time :(

I'm from the Philippines too and experienced this recently. I just emailed them and then the package arrived 2 days before the deadline (it happened twice already 😣)

same here! 😥 i emailed picky and they said there a possibility that it will not arrive. im still hoping it would come though
