Not sure about Ukraine - I belive some shops probably suspended shipping due to situation, but you can try Jolse - shipping costs a lot to Poland, Yesstyle, lots of my polish friends orders from Joom (I tried it too, you just have to make sure you order from Korean or Japanese store). Stylekorean - shipping costs a lot, Testerkorea - not sure how shipping looks right now. Sometimes Gmarket has some offers with international shipping too. Stores like cultbeauty and feelunique or even amazon have kbeauty and jbeauty too but prices are totally not for Polish & Ukrainian market. Some Polish stores might still ship to Ukraine - lots of smaller shops are owned by Ukrainians so they focus on both countries, they usually share their offers on Instagram.
