Serum or sheet mask is better?

I already try many serum and it's make my skins breakout. But if i use sheet mask (soothing/acne/hydration) is better for my skins. Isn't ok if use sheet mask daily?

I think sheet masks are a wastage of serum.. many of you may not agree with me. but it's my personal opinion. mostly a serum bottle contains 30ml and many sheet masks has 20ml or 27ml ( I received some sheet masks from Torriden last week and it has 27ml of serum). so this volume shows that sheet masks has too much serums on it. basically a 30ml serum bottle lasts for 1/2 months but this sheet masks are only for 1 night... dry skin types can enjoy sheet masks but for oily skin like mine feels tacky and uncomfortable with too much serum. so personally I stopped purchasing sheet masks. now I save that money and invest in a good serum.

Maybe if you tried to find a serum that has roughly the same ingredients as your favourite sheet mask that would work? Cost wise using a sheet mask everyday is far more expensive.

sheet masks are fun but in term of efficiency serum are obviously better. no doubt.

It all comes down to the ingredients rather than the delivery method. Sheet masks are essentially serums. So if you find one that works for you, that's fine. You could also try some calming and hydrating toners - toners are more likely to have those attributes than serums. I know this a completely personal choice, but please also consider the environment as sheet masks produce a lot of avoidable waste 😔
