Oily/Resilient
This was my second retinol after starting with The Ordinary and I didn't have any irritation or other reaction.
I think you should be ok with Cos de Baha as the first one, just make sure you patch test, then start with once a week, avoid exfoliants the day before and after, wear sunscreen in the day. You can also apply a moisturiser first, then retinol, then moisturiser again (sandwich method) which helps the skin adjust. Also good to use a richer moisturiser (not gel) as retinol generally is very drying.
You can gradually increase the frequency depending on how your skin is doing. If you feel dryness or irritation, slow down. There's no rush π

It's worth trying if you're not sensitive to certain essential oils, aloe and niacinamide since they like to use those in all their formulations π
I've been using it for awhile now and I can say that it's pretty gentle for me and never caused any irritation. Start using it gradually first before increasing usage and follow with a good moisturiser. You can mix it in with your cream/moisturiser or use the sandwich method if you find it too strong

Donβt dilute it just use a hyaluronic acid serum before you put on your retinol
