I pretty sure you can use low concentration of PHA daily. I finished a bottle of somebymi toner which I used daily and have no issue with it on my sensitive skin. You can batch test it first on your skin if skin irritation is your concern.

That toner is so intimidating tbh, I'm glad you had no problems with it. I always patch test but sometimes it takes weeks for my skin to determine whether it likes a product or not, I'll try to look for the concentration of PHA in the toner and see

PHA is gentle enough to be used everyday but you may want to start using it slowly first before increasing usage, just in case since you have sensitive skin.
Betaine salicylate is a gentler derivative of salicylic acid but depending on the concentration, it can be quite potent. The Cosrx BHA blackhead liquid uses betaine salicylate and it's kinda strong to be used daily, so definitely check the concentration first

I didn't think of building up into using PHA daily, I'll definitely try that first.
I've seen the majority of people don't have a problem with betaine salicylate, some complain that the Cosrx BHA Blackhead liquid is too gentle to show results. I've only tried a toner with willow bark before and it was too drying for me so I wasn't sure if my skin could tolerate betaine salicylate even if the product claimed it could be used daily.

Yea PHA is pretty mild especially if it is formulated everyday.
Toners with betaine salicylate in low concentration can be use everyday, depending on the formula or every other day if your skin feels dry

Is there a way to find out the concentration of actives like betaine salicylate in products if it isn't mentioned on the package or website?

Yes, it definitely can be used everyday, just be careful with applying sunscreen all day
