cause use for now until your skin goes back to normal! for now go with gentle soothing products (look out for ingredients like cica, snail mucin, aloe) only when ur skin feels back to normal, you could experiment with new actives again, but remember to patch test!

Oh my! Sounds like your skin barrier is compromised. When mine was compromised, I switched to a basic routine of cleanser, moisturizer & 🔆 sunscreen.
I suggest use your Cerave cleanser, Vanicream moisture & sunscreen for the next week. Best to keep a simple routine.
I read that antihistamines would be a good option to reduce the symptoms.
