Are the bumps on my skin white heads?

Recently my bumps have started appearing on my face and I'm not sure what they are. They're not exactly white, it's just my skin has bumps. I think they are called milia. I can't seem to pop them either. They're mostly around or under my eyes and on my nose. How do i treat these?

yeah don’t try to pop them, I recommend using a chemical exfoliate 2-3x a week like salicylic acid to get rid of them, it may take some time but definitely works.

It's possible some creams/products that you're using are too rich & thus causing the milias.

This gentle exfoliating toner has helped me significantly reduce whiteheads, blackheads & closed comedones 💚 I use it 1-2 times weekly!

yes and milia often happens because you’re using a really thick and rich creams, so I recommend using a lightweight cream or gel cream. I had this problem using the cerave moisturising cream, it was too thick for me and made my skin congested. I’ll give recommendations for light creams, but are still very hydrating.

The only moisturiser I'm using is by some by mi and yuqian sleeping mask. I also use Luxe Organix sunscreen, do sunscreen also cause milia? Thank you for your suggestions, I'll take note of these.

I would like to but I currently can't afford going to one. I'm still a student and I don't want to ask my parents because they don't seem life threatening or anything.
