yeah don’t try to pop them, I recommend using a chemical exfoliate 2-3x a week like salicylic acid to get rid of them, it may take some time but definitely works.

yes and milia often happens because you’re using a really thick and rich creams, so I recommend using a lightweight cream or gel cream. I had this problem using the cerave moisturising cream, it was too thick for me and made my skin congested. I’ll give recommendations for light creams, but are still very hydrating.

The only moisturiser I'm using is by some by mi and yuqian sleeping mask. I also use Luxe Organix sunscreen, do sunscreen also cause milia?
