I have it too! My derm said it's Seborrheic dermatitis.
Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that mainly affects your scalp. It causes scaly patches, red skin and stubborn dandruff. Seborrheic dermatitis can also affect oily areas of the body, such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

is there any way to reduce the redness?? like a prescription or some sort of skincare?

a soothing cica cream can help. cicaplast is my go to cream to reduce redness.

I heard it could be seborrheic dermatitis. Dandruff shampo might work for it. It is a bit weird to use it, but dan some foam when you wash your hair on that part of the skin.
I have dandruff shampoos that has salicylic acid, which means chemical exfolliants with it may also work. It’s worth a shot
