As an insider/model I want you to know this beauty industry secret

Microdermabrasion, girls you can moisturize that dead skin until pigs fly and it will still be problematic. You need to get rid of the dead skin before any product can really do its job. All the years of pollution and uv rays we've experienced take a toll on us. What you need to do to get glowy amazing skin is a microderm tool. I use PMD beauty and became their influencer because it changed my mood, mental health and life. Moving back to California, near the desert was terrible on my skin. I went from a high moisture state to a no moisture area. The results was flaky, bleeding, ashy skin. I was freaking out, and we all know makeup doesn't look as pretty with cracked skin! I went online to find a fix. This is how I discovered microdermabrasion. Without it I doubt my life would be the same. I wouldn't be a model, wouldn't go into town without makeup, I'd still be dreading mirrors. I definitely wouldn't be online barefaced and letting everyone know about microdermabrasion 💖 I hope this can help you, I do this for you💕 My Instagram is linked and I have amazing deals in my link tree. I don't get paid money to sell these, only a very negligible amount of points like 50 cents worth. I just want you to know to have beautiful glowy skin you have to buff off the old dull flaking layer, then your products will work over 20x better. ❣️ Edit please look up Dr Mark Taylor, the entire line is dermatologist approved/created 💖 I hope this discussion helps many✨

I thought those can damage the skin, bruise you and break capillaries etc. I think it's much safer and effective to use chemical exfoliants.

One has to be very careful with these microdermabrasion devices. Even though you say that the PMD is gentle, in general physical exfoliation devices can be much more rough on the skin than a chemical exfoliant. It is much safer to go with a light chemical exfoliant rather than jumping into a physical microdermabrasion device. The majority of people who I’ve talk to and who have purchased and used microdermabrasion devices, including the PMD, have regretted its effect on their skin. YMMV

So do I, I do think people are confusing dermaplane with microdermabrasion. These are gentle, the ones done by a dermatologist shoot crystals and are more abrasive 💕
