Dry/Sensitive
I spoke with inkey list and it is .1% retinol. It is 1/2 hpr retinol and half regular. The inkey list is a gentler version and the ordinary is going to be a bit stronger. The inkey list is a more elegant formulation with a hydrating list of ingredients to minimize your skins reaction. I did a lot of research and I went with the inkey list. It was pretty decent on my very sensitive skin!

Hereโs a screenshot of part of my review for the inkey list retinol. I got a bit lazy ๐ but I do like it and think itโs a great product for beginners

Dry/Sensitive
They have very different textures.
In terms of effectiveness, they are probably the same.
For dry skin, The Ordinary might be better. The Inkey is a very light lotion.
The Ordinary is much more cost effective. The Inkey Lists moisturizer are very light and tend to run out quickly. Only half of the little tube is filled up. There's max 30 uses in it, closer to 20, actually. The Ordinary will last about 3 months using it daily, as you only need 3 or 4 drops for your face and 2 for your neck.
The Ordinary is easier to administrate and not overuse. The light lotion doesn't feel like moisture enough and you may overuse. The Ordinary can be used in the beginning by mixing 2 or 3 drops into your normal moisturizer. This way, your skin can get used to it without too much irritation.
