It’s pretty standard to purge with an active like that. That acne was harvesting deep in your skin and was going to come out eventually, just not all at the same time like the cleaner is making it do. It sucks but just hang in there! The purging phase is the worst part about treating acne.

Maybe 10% is too strong for you ? I saw as well many good reviews about the niacinamide serum by the ordinary but turn out is was too concentrated for me 😪
Stop using it a week and see if your pimples stop popping out 🙂

Maybe see if they have something between 4 or 10 and if they don't, find an other brand. You could still use it on your body to not waste the product
