Small red bumps on my cheeks

My skin has these red bumps when it's dehydrated and/or dry. So I stop any exfoliant or purifying products and use moisturizing, calming skincare until it gets better. These red bumps usually disappear after a few days. They also appear in my skin if I use a sunscreen directly on my skin without applying anything before😩🤌🏼 I would use an occlusive cream at night after my moisturizer to keep the moisture IN.
