Help with moisturizer for closed comedones

Hey everyone, i am looking for a nice hydrating non comedogenic moisturizer. I have combination skin at the moment because its summer so i'm breaking out on the chin area. I struggle alot with closed comedones on my chin but overal my cheeks & forehead are very clear. I think my moisturizer is clogging my pores because i do use an aha essence and i haven't seen any noticable changes when it comes to the closed comedones on my chin. (I just came across the Hydrium Green tea aqua soothing gel cream from cosrx and i was wondering if this would hydrate my skin without clogging my pores.) But really, any help or recommendation for a good moisturizer or any other product is truly welcome. Please help a girl out! I'll list the products i use now:

Look for a less occlusive moisturizer. Something may contain noncomedogenic ingredients, but if it's too occlusive, it will block pores to retain hydration and moisture. If your skin is also overproducing sebum, adding more moisture (shea butter, squalane, etc) can still actually lead to acne. So, I would advise you avoid too many occlusive ingredients. I'm still looking for a moisturizer, so I can't really offer a solid recommendation. :/ I just hydrate a lot, including drinking water. If I drink more water, my skin is less oily when I wake up from a night's sleep.

Have you tried hydrating toner? It is light and hydrating enough for a hot humid summer. If you need more you can just apply the toner in layers.
