Tiam or Axis-y ?

Hi guys I was looking for a serum with niacinamide to brighten dark spots. I'm down to two serums: The Tiam product has 10% niacinamide and 2% Arbutin The axis-y serum has 5% niacinamide and rice extract Have you tried any of these? Which one is more effective?

I'm using Tiam atm and I can tell you that it works a little but it's good to keep in mind that it's sticky, "foams up" on the skin and it might be difficult to use daily due to high concentration of nicinamide. I'm guessing that Axys-y's problem is probably going to be the lack of results, I never used the product itself but I doubt rice extract is going to be more effective than alpha arbutin in helping with hyperpigmentation

Axis-y is my holy grail right now. 5% below of Niacinamide is the safest for us with sensitive skin.

I've only tried the tiam's, it is my top brightening serum! Before tiam's, I was using a 5% niacinamide serum which do brighten my dark spot a bit, but I was pleasantly shocked by this tiam's serum. I noticed a better result in a shorter time.
