I choose less emollient products. A hydrating serum is all I need as a moisturizer. A light watery toner would work too
A foam cleanser with dense foam (usually from myristic acid) or other foaming cleanser that doesn’t leave any film would work. Something with BHA may also work better if your skin is oily.
I like Biore sunscreen or Skin1004 sunscreen because they market it as a serum sunscreen, so it feels lightweight. Other brands would market it the same.
If your skin is light enough, a zinc oxide base sunscreen can be good for oily and sensitive skin due to it’s astrigent properties.

A refreshing gel with centella will do the work. I use Goodbye Redness from Benton whenever I need to calm down the heat on my face. It has a high percentage of the herb (the highest I've ever tried)

when it’s humid I like to use a thin jelly cream like water drench from Peter Tohmas Roth. idk about a good base sunscreen for humidity but I think a powder base like the colorescience brush on block would be great for reapplying
