First and foremost, please wear and reapply sunscreen regularly. That alone can massively help reduce the freckles and hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage.
For routine suggestions, I would suggest:
AM - cleanser, toner (if you have one otherwise skip), ascorbic acid + alpha arbutin, hyaluronic acid, moisturiser, sunscreen
PM - double cleanse, toner (again optional), hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, moisturiser
I'm assuming the products listed are serums from The Ordinary other than Paula's Choice BHA Liquid.
The Ordinary salicylic acid and PC BHA are basically the same thing. They're both 2% salicylic acid so pick one and use it 1-2 times a week at night before the rest of your serums. Mandelic acid could be used 2-3 times a week on the nights you don't wear salicylic acid. Make sure to use a nourishing moisturiser that suits your skin as the acids can be drying.
