SKIN1004 giveaway

Hi! I’ve been sent an email from picky about the skin1004 giveaway that decided to choose more people and I was selected. However, it’s been almost a month and I’ve got no updates on my package. Has it been sent? Where is it? I tried contacting picky but they didn’t answer. Is it normal to wait that long for the shipping? (I’m from Italy) Let me know your experience with giveaways! Update: thank you all for your answers! I thought the shipping was faster, but now that I know it’s okay to wait that long I’ll stop worrying ahaha, thank you picky people!

It can take up to 6 weeks for giveaway prizes to ship. There's often no notifications from Picky unless it was delivered. I use the app Shop to track packages coming to me.

Skin1004 giveaways usually take a long time to ship and arrive as their giveaways are on a larger scale. It can take months to arrive sometimes. So don't worry too much about it ☺

i’m also from the EU and I received a notification from DHL Express for a package. I think it’s from the skin1004 becos it’s the same sender as a previous skin1004 GA, but I havent been notified by Picky yet. But last time I also got a DHL notification earlier than a Picky one. So.. i think u just gotta wait, skin1004 takes a while to ship packages.

I would say this is pretty standard, to be honest. COVID didn't help with the logistics/shipping aspect side of businesses and a number of giveaways have been super delayed for this reason. Picky are great in that they recognize this delay and usually push back the review deadlines.
