Jolse refunds the scandal SPF purchases!

So I've seen on Reddit that someone asked for a refund of their recently purchased sunscreens on Jolse (jolse.com). The online retailer granted the request. I decided to try it out as well and the answer below confirms it. The cash is already on my card. Get your well deserved refunds, people! You'll thank me later ๐Ÿ˜Š FYI I've made my purchase on 30/08/2020 and I was refunded anyway. I purchased 1 Keep Cool SPF and 1 B-Lab SPF on this store.

is Jolse better than yesstyle or stylevana?? yesstyle doesnโ€™t have many options and stylevana has horrible customer service plus everything takes about 2 months to arrive (for me) so just wondering...

I live in the US and my Jolse order took over a month to get here. No tracking # or way for me to see where it was either so at one point I thought it just got lost in the mail until it randomly showed up one day ๐Ÿ˜‚

Some retailers are better than others. Purito is refunding not only customers but also retailers that help customers, that bought sunscreens sunscreens from July. However, little Wonderland decided to only process refunds from 1st of October. I had bought to Purito sunscreens the 30th of September. They didn't refund those. ๐Ÿ™„

I'm sorry you've been through this! I have experienced the same with a local store. They refused to refund the Purito SPF I have bought in September. They said it's because the brand didn't actually gave them any money, and this wasn't stipulated in the contract. Needless to say this store lost me as a customer for life.
