Hair care products for greasy hair

With the weather changing, my hair is also changing. In summer I used shampoo bars for normal hair. My hair was soft and healthy. I wash my hair daily. I know I shouldn’t but I want it to keep that way. Now my hair is greasy and I also have some hairloss. Any hair care products recommendation for healthy & soft hair? Thank you!

So, I dont wash my hair everyday but my hair is also not super oily. It only begins to get oily if I do not wash it for around 4-5 days. However, I will get very greasy hair after like a few hours if I do not properly shampoo and rinse my hair out, but I am not sure if thats what it is for you. There could be several different reasons behind it but I do think a contributing factor to why your hair gets greasy very quick is because of washing your hair everyday. This causes more sebum to be produced because you keep washing it away. So your sebum glands have to work harder to replace that and produce even more resulting in greasy hair. To change this, you can grease train your hair by washing it less often. If you want to do this, there are many articles about it on google. Personally I have never done it because I have just been doing the same wash routine ever since I was young but I do know many people who have done this and said it worked very well and worked for them. As for products for greasy hair, I hear that got2b powderful voluminizing powder works very well to prevent the grease and gives volume too!! My friend uses this and she said she can get at least another day without washing and she has very oily hair as well. But for some people I know powders irritate their scalp. She also uses the amino-mint scalp shampoo by redken. and says she really likes that. Some other ones that I know are popular is the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree special shampoo. You can also use apple cider vinegar to mix with water and massage it in after you shampoo and condition your hair and let it sit for a bit!! You can probably also mix it in with your shampoo. Hope this helps! :)

I can't recommend anything myself, cause I'm suffering with same thing atm, but there's no reason why you shouldn't wash your hair everyday, there are more sebaceous glands on your head than your face, imagine not washing your face for days πŸ‘€πŸ€’

Not sure how keeping your head greasy will help with itching and flaking, but whatever works! πŸ˜† I personally rather use serums if I must
