I received the same product! Without a doubt, I use it after my serums and before moisturizer due to its consistency. After applying this product, I feel that my face is 'sealed', quite nourishing indeed!
The official direction is to apply after cleansing for daily care. But they also mentioned that it can be use to mix with basic products with ratio of 10:1, or put it a mist spray.

I use it in my serum step as well due to the thicker texture! It works better with the rest of my routine this way
I would usually follow according to the product type but I consider the texture as well and adjust accordingly from thinnest to thickest
Btw, I saw on some sites it's called Mixsoon Bean Essence Serum so I believe the term is used interchangeably and based on the texture, it definitely feels more like a serum product than an essence
