it's weird because it says that you can use it for hydration or as an exfoliant. So I'm wondering how safe it would be to use every day if it can be used as an exfoliant? This is the first essence I've ever used, so I'm just curious as to how it works. thank you so much for answering!

The bean essence does contain pomegranate enzyme, but it's a very mildly exfoliating ingredient so I doubt that it'll cause irritation, even if you use it daily.

I believe it contains some exfoliating ingredients so I wouldn’t use it daily, 4 times a week in the evening.

I was wondering this too! It looks like it only contains one ingredient that is mildly exfoliating, so it probably could be used nightly, but just to be safe 3-4 times a week sounds good! At least that’s my plan so I can continue with my retinoid the other nights 😜 Hope your skin loves the product!
