Break out vs Purging ?

I once seened a comment on tiktok about how applying beef tallow to her skin made her purge! Unfortunately, you cannot purge, unless there are actives that are increasing cell turnover in the formula! If there are no actives in the product, and you are experiencing breakouts, you are not purging. There are ways to minimize purging, particularly the sandwich method!

I like the poster, but I don't agree with the "solutions". For Skin purging it says to stop immediately, I'd just say you need to lower the frequency of use regardless of the product, purging is not a bad thing. For Breakouts the solution is clean diet, but idk what that means, is there a dirty diet? The detox claim is actually wrong, it's your kidneys job to remove waste, a carrot juice is not gonna do that (if that's whoever made this post is referring to). And the other solution is cleansing mask for breakouts, I think providing helpful ingredients is better, the cleansing mask is too generic. I'm not sure if you are the one who made this, but I'm just commenting ^^ Everything you said was actually correct
