I can't even apply the second time, the application just says "rejected" and I can't apply again, how did you do it?

yes, I didn’t screenshot it. but I believe it was like need to built up my profile. i mean i have some ideas. like maybe discuss the topic more or do the review more. But still I don’t get the range of it.
