purging from snail mucin is not a thing. You are more likely breaking out or allergic to it

you must be allergic to snail mucin, something similar happened to my sister as well. It works well on my skin but my sister had a bad reaction, everyone’s skin is different

🤔 i do had some experience
but a bit different
at first I thought i might be allergic or can’t handle snail mucin
but when i try different brand it’s doing just well 😂
oh i was try nature republic first then i got breakout
but when i try cosrx it’s pretty good on me
so maybe you need to try other brand or maybe some step on your routine doesn’t work well with snail mucin on your skin

as others have said, it might be an allergy.
Another thought: do you have combination skin? if you don't think you're allergic to it, you can try applying it in more targeted areas and avoid the oily areas.

I do have combination skin, and I notice it does have the intended effects, I feel like my skin looks dewy and bouncy after use but just more acne, no ‘irritation’ (redness, tenderness or sensitive skin). It’s also hard for me because I don’t know if my skin is reacting to the snail mucin or if the product could be contaminated bc I use my hands and not a separate spatula to get the product out.

You can't purge from snail mucin, it's likely an allergic reaction or it's irritating for your skin. Better if you stop using those products.
