I added Tretinoin! I had done literally everything else for my acne, including devices, and they have helped . . . marginally. My final options were Accutane (isotretinoin), retinoic acid (tretinoin), or spironolactone (hormone altering medicine). Starting Tretinoin has been the best, most immediate solution I've experienced yet.
