Arbutin

Hada labo shirojyun (normal, not premium). I have the hada labo shirojyun lotion rich/moist and it is a viscous toner that is very moist, but it’s definitely heavier than most toners. They also have light version, so if you are into lighter toners, there is also that option 🥰

Both of them have arbutin In it but the dark blue is the premium version of the light blue toner... The dark blue is the premium shirojyun toner which there are additional brightening ingredients added; tranexamic acid and vit c derivatives (magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate)... I'm currently using it in my skincare routine and I have to say that it is very watery (for the light version) and for the result I can't seem to remember whether it works or not cuz I use alot of brightening skincare at the same time...
