Sleeping masks usually are very versatile. You can use them in the evening instead of a moisturizer or on top of a moisturizer. You can use a sleeping mask as a day time moisturizer as well if you don’t feel like it’s too thick for that. You can use them every day or just a few times a week 🥰 but the most common way to use them is at the end of your evening routine a few times a week 💙

As others have said, it really is completely up to you when to use a sleeping pack. I have dehydrated skin so I use one almost every night over my normal moisturizer.

It’s really up to you. Masks are optional. Some people have mentioned using it as a moisturizer if you’re a drier skin type and others don’t use it every day because they have more sensitive skin and it causes them to feel more greasy or breakout. I probably use a sleeping mask maybe once or twice a week at night because I’m an oily skin type.

I have the same thought as well.I thought when I put on sleeping mask on top of moisturizer, it feels so heavy. So I decided to just use sleeping mask as substitution for moisturizer and I didnt use it everyday because I have opened moisturizers to rotate. 😂😂😂but yes sleeping mask can be use as moisturizer.
