First of all stop using this product immediately!
Cut back your routine and only do a basic routine with no actives whatsoever until your skin is alright.
Basic routine = Cleanser, Moisturizer, SPF
Maybe add an soothing treatment that you already used.
I think the product is too harsh for your skin. Did you use an Retinol before that? Have often have you use this? Like everyday?
Retinol is known for sensitizing your skin. And I really think you messed up your skin barrier.

Yup, did just that (stopped using it and went for basics).
No, I never used Retinol before. I used a small quantity once per day for the past 5 days with no exposure to the sun (applied only in the evening).

This is why I don't advise people to rely on ingredient list tools/websites to check ingredients.
What you're experiencing is probably the side effects of introducing a retinoid into your skincare routine.
For now, discontinue use and repair your skin barrier. That means no actives, simple skincare routine, heavy and thick moisturizer and balms to stop the water loss your skin is experiencing.
When you feel like you're ready to introduce retinoids into your skincare routine again, try using it once or twice a week. Remember to start slow and build up usage as your tolerance increases.

Oh dear ! Have you used retinols before? How often do you use it. Initially you should go for max 2/w. If your skin tolerates it well you can add nights after that.
Initial period of purging is also normal for some up to a month but the burning sensation and redness are likely due to overuse for your skin or to strong retinol for you
I would suggest dialing back on the retinol for the moment.
Stop all actives and focus on your barrier with cicaplast Baumé or other thick barrier healing cream.
When starting up you could do the sandwich method for retinol (moisturizer, retinol, moisturizer) and see if that works better for you.

I had the same thing happen with me from using retinol only once. Definitely heal your skin barrier like everyone said with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. This can take a month or longer sometimes. And if you do decide to try retinol again, start veryyyy slowly, like once every two weeks and work your way up. like everyone told me, it’s a slow process that you can’t rush.

When you start using any active, I strongly suggest doing a bit of research about the basics use to avoid situations like those 😅
