Oil before or after moisturizer?

I use oil on the very last step of my skincare routine. Following thinnest to thickest rule is good but when a product is meant to be an occlusive then it must always be placed last.

It depends. Many oils are not occlusive. If you want more information check out Kelly Driscoll on YouTube she has a video about facial oils. I used most of oils I tried after a moisturizer but with the ordinary's B Oil I liked it better before my moisturizer.

Because most oils are occlusive, I prefer to use them last. I'm not really an oil person but the few times I used oils, I'll either apply it last or mix a few drops into my moisturiser
