How to incorporate Clindamycin and Tret?

Hello! I was just prescribed Clindamycin solution 1% and tretinoin.025% for acne. My skin only just recovered from my attempt to melt it off with actives last month, and I'd like to avoid making it too angry again. I've used tretinoin in the past and my skin tolerated it well, but I've never used Clindamycin before. How should I go about incorporating these products into my routine? My current routine is: AM Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser A'pieu madecassocide fluid Kose Day Care Gel UV SPF 50 ++++ PM Good Molecules Instant Cleansing balm Sunday Reiley ceramic slip cleanser A'pieu madecassocide fluid I'm From honey glow cream

I don't think the Benzoyl peroxide cleanser should be there with tretinoin, but did your doctor recommend how to use these products? I have never used clindamycin.

That would make sense, it seems like a lot to use all three at once. Unfortunately the products were prescribed by my GP as I can't afford a derm right now, and they just went by the instructions on the label and didn't really give me any info about potential interactions with other products. I'm more unsure about the Clindamycin as well, no idea at all what the potential issues are

you may want to start off taking out the benzoyl peroxide cleanser. you can incorporate it later when you skin has adjusted to the other actives, and actually it can help the effectiveness of the Clindamycin by countering bacterial resistance. I use a Clindamycin gel every morning right after cleansing and patting dry. I apply a pea size amount to all areas I get acne. this shouldn't cause any sensitivities. I use a tretinoin cream starting twice a week and working up to every other evening after toner, serum, and moisturizer. I also buffer sensitive areas around the eyes, nose and mouth with aquaphor (Dr dray has a video on this). I wait for those products to completely dry, then apply a pea size amount of tret on the entire face. I finish with another layer of moisturizer to counteract dryness and irritation, and this is known as the sandwich method and is shown to not decrease the effectiveness of the tret while increasing the skin's tolerance to tret. you don't have to do this though, it's best to ask your dermatologist. tret caused me a lot of peeling, and I'm still peeling after 3 months, but it's very effective at managing my acne. don't rush any of these actives and take it slow! acne is a long journey and irritating your skin can feel like taking some steps back. wish you luck!

This isn't the only thread I found about these two medicines, but this has an example of a routine. https://www.reddit.com/gallery/tr5gqx

When I had similar prescription (tret, Clindamycin and azelaic acid), every other actives were suspended. I only paired with hydrators
