Depends on the ampoule. I use a niacinamide ampoule everyday. I have also used propolis and centella ampoule everyday without a problem. I think it depends on the active ingredient and its purpose

This one should be fine to use daily . It’s has pretty simple formula. Some people like it for how simple it is while some says it’s too simple and it does nothing for them

They are meant to be, but brands now start calling ordinary serums ampules. I used this product before and it's one of those cases, you can even use this twice a day, it honestly feels like a toner

This ampoule is a mild one and should repair the skin barrier, regulate oil, hydrate and soothe especially sensitive skin. You should be able to use it for both your am and pm routine.
