yes you can use sleeping mask as moisturizer, for me sleeping mask is just another name of moisturizer, anf usually more thick than regular moisturizer

of course you can do it dear, it's just about the name, but the best time to use that is before you go to the bed, an hour, do it like you do in the morning routine, good luck

you apply it after your moisturiser, but dont do it right before going to bed because some sleeping masks wont soak in quickly and its just gonna transfer on your pillow.
for some u need to wash it off after u wake up. for others u dont need to.. so its basically just an extra moisturiser..
