Redness, blemishes and micro-dots under the skin

I can't get rid of redness on my skin. I have oily, acne prone and sensitive skin. I don't have protruding pimples but only redness, blemishes and micro-dots under the skin, you can see a lot in the sunlight. I used acids once a week, now I've stopped everything and I'm only using Purito oat gel cream. This are my products, I don't use an oil cleanser because they make me break out, I have used Klairs Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil in the past and it gave me big and painful pimples. Coud the bumps under the skin be fungal acne? The products seem to do nothing and the hydration seems to disappear after a couple of hours of skincare but I can't use fatty alcohol or occlusives because they make me break out (I haven't opened the hyaluret serum yet, I've never used retinol yet)
