Which face wash is suitable for acne-prone skin?

I think products containing AHA and BHA would be suitable. I try brands like Cerave, Paul La Choice….. Which product do you think is suitable?

counterintuitive, but it doesn't really matter what additions cleansers have, because they'll never be on your skin long enough to do effective work. exfoliating acids need to be left on the skin (preferably overnight) to break down excess oil and protein, it can't be done in 30-60 seconds of cleansing. the most important thing to look for in a cleanser are the solvent ingredients. Sodium laurel sulfate is a common but rather harsh ingredient that binds to oil and can strip your barrier. look for cleansers that have a range of gentle foaming agents and surfactants. anything else is just a bonus.

Consider benzoyl peroxide wash if you want something that helps to kill the bacteria which causes acne.

I have very sensitive, acne-prone, combo skin and I use the Murad AHA BHA Exfoliator Cleanser 5X a week. I also use Neutrogena Hydro Boost as a second cleanser at night to help remove leftover makeup and hydrate my skin. I've been using the Murad for years and it's one of the best cleansers I've ever used. If you have oily areas, I'd also recommend The Inkey List Fulvic Acid Cleanser. I've been using that for a long time, too. I think it's another excellent cleanser. It's more for brightening. Youth To The People Superfood Cleanser is also great. The Inkey List's Fulvic Cleanser is very similar to it, though, so I'd try the Inkey List first. And it's less expensive. I hope this helps.
