Is this really work and is it's the same with adapalene ? How long does it take to recover ?

They are not the same. Nixoderm is a salicylic acid and sulphur based spot treatment, whereas adapalene is a type of retinoid that targets acne. Adapalene is not a spot treatment and needs to be applied on the whole face. Nixoderm is one of my favourite spot treatments. I've been using it for years - you can read my review if you're interested to know more. It works for me but it doesn't mean it'll work the same for everyone else. I'm also using adapalene at the moment with hopes to control my hormonal acne. My opinion, if you want to treat your acne fast, use a spot treatment like nixoderm. If you want to prevent/reduce acne, don't mind going through the purging phase and waiting months for results, use adapalene
