I unfortunately am one that had an unpleasant experience. Granted I did make a big purchase, with maybe 4-5 items that were out of stock. I highly believe people that order from there do not pay attention to the stock availability and then run to IG to complain when they have to wait.
That being said I made an order, some items said about 14 business days to restock. With that in mind I full expected to have to wait, but I never got any order confirmation, tracking number, or any updates that my package has been processed or even shipped. I waited a full 3 months with not one single update. I honestly thought I would never receive it, but it showed up one day with no notice. Even in stylevanas website it still had my package under “processing” when it was already shipped. I live in the US as well. Long story short, many do complain about the shipping time, and although most don’t pay attention to the stock, it does hold up some validity to me that their shipment process is flawed. I personally will not be buying from them ever again.
Check out StyleKorean! They always have great deals and ship extremely fast.

also I think ive tried looking at Stylekorean before! its just their shipping is super expensive last time i checked 😭

I think it is because they prepare the product very late but they would still ship it. It just takes as long as two months or more which could be very frustrating.

basically the same situation as yesstyle it seems. regardless i think seeing so many people complain about not recieving their order has made me decide to always pay through paypal so that I can get my money back if for some reason my stuff doesnt arrive!

My sister ordered from them back in January and I had also heard that they were problematic but she ended up getting her products in under 2 weeks of time.

wow thats so fast. I believe typically all my orders arrive around a 3-5 weeks!

If the item is out of stock, you will receive the package later, but still receive! I got my package today from stylevana. I made the order at January 17, and got it February 25. Maybe people just don't know how to wait? 😅

wow really? the product that you bought out of stock, how long did it say you had to wait before it shipped?

all items were on stock but gift items where out of stock, they waited about 3 weeks before decided to change gift items. Than waited one more week(preparing for the shipping). Delivery was pretty fast)))
