Rosehip oil before or after occlusive moisturizer

I'm using Aveeno's skin relief oat moisturiser and it has petroleum further down the list of ingredients. I know pertroleum is pretty occlusive, but I was wandering if using Manyo's rosehip oil after the moisturiser would still be beneficial? Or would it be a waste? I've always prefered applying facial oils after moisturiser, not before, which is why I'd like to know if I should change that.

I think that even if it has petroleum, it has a lotion consistency, so better using it as u do 🌝💗

i would rather just mix these two on my palm, and apply it to my face. i found that mixing my moisturizer with a face oil helps a lot to add moisture and hydration power

oils go after moisturizers but I do sometimes mix the two together and then use it.

I use oil after the moisturizer, but mixing the two can work too; check first for sensitivity on a skin spot before trying in all your face
