Keep Looking Better Without the Needle. Is That Possible?

Life seems too real when wrinkles start showing up and gravity takes hold on your skin. Though botox is one of the most popular options of all time, some of us prefer face yoga since it's pain-free and much more lower in cost. Oh really, sometimes I just want to become a vampire who can slowly age and have a youthful appearance for entire life. But hey, do you guys have more ideas to reach that goal without going under the knife or signing your soul away?

It is. Honestly, on a long run botox doesn't help since it paralizes muscles by blocking nerve signals. It doesn't only block the certain muscle but usually few areas around but with time your body learns how to get the signals back to the muscle and first injection might last 2 years but then the period after every injection can shorten and then you might even end up with no response to botulinum injections. Good skincare, massage, kinesiotapes, EMS therapy and even biostimulators are better than botox - botox can be good if you do some additional treatments but personally, I think it's the last step

Devices that stimulate collagen are what I use. Specifically, I'm back to using the original MyoLift QT (Plus is the newest version). I also use Tretinoin to prevent cystic acne, but it will also help lessen wrinkles and smooth out skin texture. My face is quite even in tone now and most of my scarring is fading away.

There are some extremely good beauty devices that convinced me that needles are not needed until last resort. I've invested 150$ in a non invasive beauty device 11 years ago and I don't regret itπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I suppose it depends on what type of results you're looking for. My best friend has had numerous surgeries on various parts of her body including botox and I must say she looks absolutely amazing at 54. I on the other hand prefer tightening creams, daily sunscreen and overall good skincare. Once I embraced my wrinkles and the inevitable signs of aging, I became much happier and content but what works for me may not necessarily work for others. If it feels right to you, Go for it!!!

add retinol to your routine and don't forget to apply sunscreen. sun exposure makes aging faster, so always wear sunscreen. adding retinol in your 20's significantly slows down aging, however if your older than that, it's never too late to use retinol. retinol helps in reducing the appearance of wrinkles and your overall skin texture.
