Yes, lots of formulas use retinol and bakuchiol together, ceramides are super useful with retinol and peptides are also working with retinol. Although, I wouldn't add bakuchiol on my own to the routine if I already use retinol unless it's a product like By Wishtrend Vit A-mazing Moisturier that contains both Retinal and Bakuchiol
