How do I know if my account is suspended?

Hi everyone, so I'm not sure if this is a problem. I had a late submission on a giveaway I received. Later that same day, I received a mail from Picky saying my account was at risk of being blacklisted and I had 3 days left to submit the review. This was later sorted out and verified that submission has been made. But since then, I am not sure about the status of my account, if the suspension had been removed. I have sent several emails (up to 8) to Picky and none was answered which is unusual as my previous emails receive response within a day or two, which is making me believe that my account may have been suspended. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How was it rectified? What should I do?
