Black dots on pores

I have this type of black dots around my cheeks (pores area) and I don't even know whether its blackheads or what. I am sure that its not a blackheads because the area is not rough. Do i need to use BHA toner?? Help your girl out 😌

I think these may be sebaceous filaments, which is when sebum gets gunked up around a hair. Do you use an oil cleanser?

no, I don't use oil cleanser right now. the black dots around my cheeks and nose area bothers me so much. :<

They look more like sebaceous filaments to me as well. BHA products have helped me clear those and keep them at bay, I tend to get a lot of them on my nose.

should i start using BHA toner ? but i already using a tretinoin is that okay? tretinoin was prescribed by my derma and that small black dots on my face bothers me so much, i have tons of it around my nose area and I don't know what to do anymore. i just think that tretinoin has nothing to do with it. btw, do u have any BHA product recommendations? super appreciated your comments
