It is difficult to determine the cause of the red textured bumps but the products you listed are generally considered gentle and non-irritating, I have similar bumps that disappear quickly. They are likely caused by mosquito bites, but from the picture you provided, it seems they could be caused by allergies or inflammation.

Here are some tips for reducing red bumps on dry, sensitive skin:
1. Use gentle skincare products: Stick to gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Avoid products containing harsh ingredients, such as alcohol or sulfates.
2. Avoid hot water: Use lukewarm water instead of hot water when washing your face or taking a shower. Hot water can strip the skin of its natural oils and exacerbate dryness.
3. Moisturize regularly: Apply a moisturizer specifically formulated for dry skin at least twice a day. Look for moisturizers that contain ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin.
4. Use sunscreen: Protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Look for sunscreens that contain physical blockers like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
5. Avoid harsh scrubs: Avoid using harsh scrubs or exfoliants that can irritate the skin and exacerbate redness.
I hope these tips are helpful for you!
If you continue to experience issues with red textured bumps, it may be a good idea to consult with a dermatologist for further advice and treatment.

Those are papules. Unfortunately you can't do much short of using cortisone on them, you just have to wait for them to turn into pustules :/ You could try using benzyl peroxide.
