it could be a sign of irritation or a reaction to the products you have been using, If you have been using a turmeric soap as your cleanser for a long time and have recently experienced the development of red bumps on your forehead, it's possible that the soap may be contributing to the issue. Turmeric can be irritating for some individuals, especially if used in high concentrations. To address the problem: 🔻stop using the turmeric soap: Discontinue using the turmeric soap as your cleanser to see if it improves the condition of your skin. Switch to a gentle, non-irritating cleanser. 🔻Use a gentle cleanser: Choose a mild cleanser that is suitable for oily skin. 🔻Use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer formulated for oily skin: While the Illiyoon Ceramide moisturizer is suitable for dry skin, you may want to switch to a moisturizer that is lighter in texture and formulated for oily or combination skin. Look for oil-free or gel-based moisturizers that provide hydration without adding extra oil to your skin. 🔻Avoid using heavy or occlusive products: If you find that the Oxecure Mud Spot Treatment is too heavy for your oily skin, consider switching to a lighter spot treatment or a product specifically designed for oily or acne-prone skin. Look for ingredients like salicylic acid or tea tree oil that can help address breakouts without clogging pores.

definitely strip down your routine to just the basics, if you’re any actives or new products take them out and slowly incorporate them back in

Are you first time using active ingredients? I experienced the same thing back then because I never tried niacinamide and suddenly chose the 10% and I combined it with AHA toner. This experience made my skin breakout just like what's shown in that picture. You should analyse what products you are using and try to search on the internet about do's and don'ts combining ingredients as some aren't meant to be combined.
