We must know the reason first
If you use heavy makeup, it may be that you did not wash your face well, meaning that even after washing, some makeup and bacteria remain stuck, or it could be because you did not change the cover of the pillowcase or you touched your face a lot.
First, I advise you to use a double cleanser, and use a moisturizer that controls oily secretions, is light, does not clog pores, and does not contain any oils or greasy ingredients.
Also, azelaic acid is great for pimples

Try double cleansing for 1 minute. Don't use the acne treatment excessively. It can aggravate your acne even more. Avoid touching your face, wash your hands first, and make sure your phone and pillowcase are both clean. Do not sleep on your side or face. Additionally, be sure to adequately hydrate your skin. I also noticed when I had too much dairy like I ate a whole pack of cookies I would get a bump the next day.

Another option it could be is Folliculitis - clogged hair follicles on your face. They can often appear like small pimples on your face, mostly forehead. Nizoral - is great for this.
