Salicylic acid and sebaceous filaments

Have you ever used salicylic acid for sebaceous filaments? I have them on my nose, using paulas choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant, but they are still there 🥲As I read in the internet if you use too much exfoliation they may become more noticeable, because of producing more sebum. Is it possible to get rid off them forever? 😅

Sebaceous filaments are a natural part of the skin and cannot be completely eliminated forever. Salicylic acid can help minimize their appearance by exfoliating the skin and reducing excess oil. Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant with salicylic acid is a good option to improve the appearance of sebaceous filaments, but be careful not to overdo it with exfoliation. Follow the instructions and be consistent with your skincare routine. Results may take time, so be patient. Remember, while you can reduce their appearance, it's unlikely to completely get rid of sebaceous filaments forever.
