Doesn’t say sold out just says unavailable to ship to your location at the last step. You can put everything in the cart and proceed to final checkout step where you get the message

Same, Negin! I tried to order the cushion and the lip balm but it tells me they don't ship to my location at checkout! Mind you, my country (Switzerland) is listed as being eligible for exclusive shipping. Glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue!

Update: Looks like some technical issues at play. I managed to order both the cushion and the lip balm now.

I wonder if certain products are only available in some countries because of cosmetic regulations. 🤔
I know that the EU can be very strict with regulations so maybe the cushion includes a ingredient that's not allowed in your country?

None of the items work I tried them all. And I have the lip balm that I’ve ordered form yesstyle so that it’s a regulation issue doesn’t seam feasible
