Love these basics for acne prone skin. (I added two cleansers because both are great options, you don't have to use both). I recommend focussing on barrier support before you start using any acids or such things most people recommend. When you skin barrier isn't strong acne causing bacteria can more easy penetrate the skin and cause acne. A strong barrier can be the key to reducing acne. So I always suggest to first start a barrier support routine. Only if that doesn't work I recommend use of strong acids or Retinol (my motto: why treat agressively if not nessesary?) The Cerave SA cleanser does contain Salicylic Acid but a very mild low percentage

If you want to add some more hydration to your routine some lovely hydrating and soothing options that can be great are these. A fairly gentle type of acid that can be great for Acne and Rosacea prone skin is Azelaic Acid. I genetally don'r recommend it at first when you just start skincare as I love to just advice someone with gentle barrier support only but if you do want to start an actice treatment an Azelaic Acid product can be really nice ( I have the one from The Ordinary but there are more brands selling Azelaic Acid products)

I totally agree with @MimiMomoSkincare! 🥰 I also wanted to add that you might want to look into niacinamide serums! Niacinamide is an amazing multitasking ingredient that can help repair your barrier and support hydration but it also helps treat acne! 😊 Since you have sensitive skin you could start out by mixing 1-2 drops of the serum into your moisturizer and slowly work your way up to using it daily! 🩷✨️

I recommend to use basic skincare which are cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. There are a lot of ingredients that targeted for acne prone skin like mugwort, cica, niacinamide, zinc, green tea, bha, and so many more. I myself really love mugwort, cica, and green tea for my oily and acne prone skin✨
